I wouldn’t touch it. Why create a dependency? And who knows what sort of other toxins / pollutants are in their products from additives to residuals left from manufacturing.
totally agree, unfortunately i've been on them for a while now.
I like to think it is better than smoking or vaping but likely there will be unforeseen consequences in the future.
