What’s Diagon Alley? As Ben Arc explains in S14 E5 of the Bitcoin Takeover podcast, it’s a peer to peer marketplace project which eliminates parasitic third parties. It’s also built on top of the Lightning Network via LNBits, so payments are instant, uncensorable and irreversible.
