Stuff like this happens to the best of us, #nostr really needs a key rotation mechanism.
I like looking at things like this as science experiments. If you keep using this key, you're testing what happens when you use a key you accidentally entered in duckduckgo this time. If you switch to a new key, you're testing how nostr handles a user switching to a new key (do followers follow new npub quickly, etc)
Thank you so much for your consolation. If there was a key rotation or similar mechanism, things would be much easier.
And your point of view is beautiful. It looks like I'm going to do both. I've already started the relay and nip-05 changes. But I'll keep this npub to observe, at least for a while...
Nostr.wine helped very quickly. But I seem to be losing hope to switch nip-05 from this account to the other one. I think I need to find a new nip-05 address 🤔 Later, I can post what happened to me on the npub
