Not if you cook books. I’m pretty sure most bitcoiners wouldn’t go after them to check if they did or did not pay taxes.
Routing payment destinations. Very easy to do.
Impossible to track if you don’t keep a straight log yourself.
Bitcoin is freedom. Lightning network is the tool that makes it invisible.
