No-carb diet will stop cancer after it’s already developed and it will prevent cancer from ever arising if used pre-cancer formation.
With the odds of cancer now being almost 1:2 for the “developed” world this information is extremely pertinent.
The body would still produce glucose through gluconeogenesis, but still good info.

But there is no excess and external glucose if you’re not eating any carbohydrates. It’s the excess that is the issue.
Exogenous definitely makes it all worse. To what extent a tumor can survive on endogenous glucose, I don’t know. There is always glucose in the body.
