I just noticed today after the nth time of eating there that the Chinese name of the restaurant is 红大哥水门鸡饭 literally “red big brother sluice chicken rice” and unilaterally decided that henceforth it shall be referred to as “红大哥” in Chinese and “Big Brother Chicken Rice in English”
