this is the algorithm, and probably the caffeine and a low grade calcium/magnesium deficiency

it's extremely bad for your health, as you can see, how do you defend yourself against this aparition of a threat?

I have actually been quite successful it simply not going there, which is why its such a shock when I briefly did..

The biggest scare is that so many people live their lives like this.
