Should I de-anonymize my account? Pros, cons?
I want to increase my usage of nostr, making it my primary social media app , and I think doing that would help. What are your thoughts? #asknostr

You don't need to pull the mask off to speak here. If you think that it will make your interactions more interesting and you're willing to give up that privacy, then do it. Or generate a new npub and leave this one anonymous. No one needs to know the same person is behind two different npubs.

Nostr makes that pretty easy.
But yeah I do feel like having my real name out there would make it feel more ‘real’ and having a little more skin in the game, so to speak.
And check out listr.lol if you want to copy lists (like contacts) over to a new account.
