If Trump was smart, he’d announce that he’s cancelling the bitcoin strategic reserve and let the price crab around 60-70k until inauguration day. Then quietly start accumulating at above noon Moscow time.
If he announces the reserve now, it will be early morning in Moscow by the time Jan 20th rolls around
