Although Binance is not directly connected to Lightning Network, some popular crypto trading and wallet platforms have started to adopt this technology and implement it within their platforms. Some cryptocurrency exchanges such as Bitfinex and OKEx have provided support for Lightning Network in various forms, such as sending or withdrawing Bitcoin using Lightning Network.

With the growth of Lightning Network usage, it is possible that Binance and other cryptocurrency trading platforms will adopt this technology in the longer term to improve trading efficiency and reduce transaction fees. However, there is currently no official information on whether Binance will adopt Lightning Network or not in the future.

Binance is on thin ice at the moment, so I wouldn't include them in any long term plans. They need to prove their token isn't an unregulated digital security. And they are facing a bank run that might go down like FTX did. Just fyi.

Binance is the biggest user of cryptocurrencies, hopefully it will attract investors to use the Lightning Network
