In the future, when Quantum Computation develops to a powerful state that threatens the security of Bitcoin, would the Bitcoin community (who have become the wealthiest families on earth) delay or suppress the release of the Quantum Technology until Bitcoin has upgraded its security despite the urgent massive progress it would enable for civilization?
