You heat it on the ground for the length of what the bend will be (careful not to burn it, because most of the time, if you burn it, it won't pass inspection-light application as in close enough to the pipe to apply heat but not burn), make haste in bringing it up to the end of your vertical, glue it and shape it, and with a bottle of cold water, pour it on the pipe to get a much faster cooling. If it doesn't burn to the touch, it's ready.

Just to be sure, since I appreciate any suggestions on to do crafty stuff: The picture shows an Ethernet cable pulled through a newly drilled hole insolated by silicone. Iām not following what you mean by stick and why I would use heat in relation to any of these materials. š«£
Understood. So I don't know the wholf circumstance but I know (if it were inspected) the pic on the left would definitely not pass. Everything is about keeping wires covered. The right picture is grey pvc conduit. In order to make that much cleaner, take down one stick or the other. Really, you can probably vcomfortably just hold up a piece that you've heated to bend it to shaped. Cold water when you've got it bent, cut and glue to fit.
