Ummm. Tallow fries? Illuminate me frens…thought burning tallow was its highest/best use.

My fries are only tallow, bacon grease, or chicken schmaltz. You forgot to mention they are also serving up shrub. If theypull it off well this is the place.
Heavens no. Cooking with it is the best. It’s fully saturated, so doesn’t oxidize as readily as seed oils. Contains minimal amounts of PUFA. Loaded with vitamins/minerals.
It’s the best way to fry, sauté, etc etc
Plus I make a killer skin balm with it.
McDonald’s used 100% tallow to fry their French fries in the beginning.🍟

Tallow fries are great, crispy outside fluffy inside delicious flavor
