"I wanted to share these renditions of the family of crows that have taken up residence near my home for the past year.

They have become a regular fixture and part of my daily morning routine while I’m having a smoke and coffee, while they have their breakfast of peanuts and dog food.

One is particularly vocal and has learned a wide range of calls, needless to say, we conversate. If you can’t tell, I’ve become quite attched to them.

Fall is here and i know when winter sets in im going to be seeing them much less frequently. I hope after winter passes, i hope that they return and the two yearlings that my family watch grow and flourish into adulthood, will return with their own hatchings and we can continue where we left off.

I hope all you fine freaks and wonderful weirdos can appreciate these pieces and your weekend is restful and safe. "

Machuca, the author, says in the text, they are quite vocal. And that he conversates with one! 🤗

Brilliant, we went to see some ravens earlier in the year and they were great, all kinds of sounds and definitely felt like they were connecting.

Plenty of crows in London. They are SO LOUD by my window they always wake me up with their morning shouts 😂

We mainly have seagull, they’re noisy fuckers too!
