From another group: Greetings Ottawa Freedom Friends !!! I am writing on behalf of the famous Universal Ostrich Farm in Edgewood, BC. They are fighting a vexatious and frivolous order from the CFIA to cull their 400 heritage Somali blue ostriches from Africa. The ostrich eggs are said to have healing and immune enhancing properties . 2. I am making an appeal to the Ottawa Freedom Group to see if there is anybody who could arrange a rally before the court hearing on July 15 and possibly after as well ? It could be a modest affair. Just a few warm expressions of support unless some local high profile freedom activists can attend ? i.e Dennis Rancourt or Randy Hillier etc. ? Send me a private message if interested.. The court hearing should be available on zoom . Though sometimes the government does funny things and imposes audience size limits or other restrictions. Alternatively you might plan to personally attend the Ottawa appeals court hearing and bring your positive spirit and energy.
