I have an issue which makes working with my hands very painful. Yet, I have to use my hands for any work I would do, at all. When your families livelihood depends on you; you're going to use whatever tool allows you be "normal" or competitive.
Companies aren't forgiving to those who need a special circumstance or understanding.
