Seams that the note has been posted on my inbox relay 😱 but it's impossible my relay accept just mention, reply and DM

This is all wrong. The bot only posts on wss://relay.westernbtc.com/. There is a relay hint on the quote. Also the bot pubkey has a 10002 in many relays indicating where it primarily publishes to.
Someone else must have published the quoted note to all possible relays under the sun after my note.
