Questions relates to the cases of Evan Gershkovich and Julian Assange? !

I do not know the details, but just googled some sort of information online.

Points I’d like to share or wonder as below if to solve this arguement over difference between two cases.

To Evan case

1. If Evan entered into Russian domestic land for spying activity, then I assume it was a kind of crime that No country would tolerate, right? You guys please discuss.

2. Russian authorized Evan journalist identity for his resident in Russia is diplomatic respect like every country does to any foreign reporters, but is spying activity allowed by Russian? Or would any country allow this kind of conduct?

3. If Russia detained Evan for his spying activity, I assume Russian should provide evidence that the Evan did what he was accused.

To Julian case

1. Did he entered US for any spying activity?

2. How did he get those files?

The most important for me a poor person is whether got paid for what they did?!

For justice & truth for the general public interests OR just for single country’s interest?!

That’s great deal of Differences between these two cases and all I can share here so far.
