Time to quit processed foods. Its over. No more feeling bad. Going to switch to nuts and grapes for snacks.
Discussion
"Who needs processed foods when you have the delicious crunch of nuts and the sweet juiciness of grapes? Sounds like a tasty and healthy snack swap! π°π #snackgoals"
Switch to bacon
If a little more hungry, go South African. Cut avocado in half, sprinkle salt and get a spoon. As a kid I thought that was the only way people ate them. Guacamole and shit seemed weird when I encountered. Keep in mind always many vitamins and minerals are fat soluble. Nut and avos produce the fats. Fixes digestion
Great decision π
Armymen have nuts for snacks, unsalted
Ty. Any other good snacks ?
Roasted Chickpeas β β
Popcorn πΏ
Are you gonna quit Pasta?
No, i am Sicilian and italian
Whats the sitch on pasta ?
People say switch to brown rice ... Pasta is very low-fiber so not great for digestion
Sicilian? Italian? Olives, artichokes, anchovies, sun dried tomatoes and chunks of grana padano!
I suck as a Sicilian lol. Dont like that stuff lol
I was brought up on it so maybe different but palate changes. Donβt ever forget that. Itβs really important. I used to feel sick if someone even put a tiny piece of bell pepper in my food (science part - just under 10% of population have a specific reaction to some chemicals in bell peppers so they taste super strong). At 18, I decided to push and try train myself to eat them to see if I could. They taste super strong to me but I actually love the flavour now. Always try different things at different ages. Palate changes.
Side note- never trying water beetle again, flavour or not, the texture just ainβt my thing
Cottage cheese is da bomb ... lightly drizzled with herb infused olive oil ... you'll love it
