Hardest thing in the world is parenting!

Only things I've found as good options would be giving a count to 3 where 3 is the punishment then you tell them they're on a 1, a 2 a 3 etc.

Then set a punishment they'd hate, but you're happy to dish out all day e.g. no TV!
