Those who downloaded the APK for example on Github can send it to others via Bluetooth.
Which is why I always download the APK.
My Family and friends are still more or less in the Matrix, but, when shit hits the fan, I´m there to spread Bitchat.
True, but that wouldn't show up on the app store stats
