Help me understand. I have $50 worth of #Bitcoin in a Coinbase account. I'm trying to move it to the Coinbase Wallet. Why is there a $13 fee and is that normal?

$13 of my $50 disappeared to fees? That seems like a significant loss. Is that fee dependent on how much I'm moving? Is that percentage of loss normal?
I'm fully aware that I probably don't see the bigger picture, yet.
