Sad thing is a whole generation or two will only know him by the 'reality' shows. They will never understand what he really brought to the world.

Not a fan of of Ozzy and his music, always found it to be annoying rather than enjoyable.

But at the same time 100% agree with you.

Most young people probably wouldn't even know him from reality tv either, just the bat eating meme and the drug abuse memes about him.

No doubt about that. This is how I feel about the Beetles. Not really a fan of their music, but they did what they did.

I think Ozzy is a horrible singer but he'd luck to work with good and talented bandmates throughout his career, that is what saved him

Agreed, I never liked him and never understood why did people considered him a great singer. Black Sabbath with Ronnie James Dio and even with Jan Gillan sounded a lot better than with Ozzy.
