PSA: If you're not working stop wearing a watch.

Wearing a watch is symbolic of you being a slave to the clock when it's just a tool. I stopped wearing watches recently and the days feel longer and more relaxed. I can't check my wrist every few minutes compulsively, for the time or for notifications, if I really need to know them I can just check my phone.

It's very freeing. ❤️
