It's a compliment for environmentally minded. Any fashion statement you make can't possibly be more important than saving the environment.
My sister was specifically talking about how I’ll wear clothes longer than most people. I just really hate shopping. So when I find something I like I will keep it until it is threadbare.
Ab·so·lute·ly the same. It's so hard for me to find something I truly like and want to wear, that thing needs to literally fall apart on me for me to throw it at that point. Last think I got that I liked:
I’m bad about wearing things that feel wonderful even though I’m aware they look hideous. I do try to wear those things only in my house though.
