Their stated reason is non-payment but I had no outstanding invoices on December 19th when I made my last payment and then received an email on December 26th it was terminated.

okay sounds a little strange

i would guess you would try

some more times to make the customer pay

why the hurry, i dont get it.

i guess its automated so you cant do much

It seems to have been automated but I'm still shocked their process would deactivate an account for only one pending invoice.
