Are viruses really microscopic pathogenic colonies that infect via mucus etc?

Are cancers really late stage infections of these same colonies?

Is that why anti parsitics work on "the flu" as well as cancers?

Are these tiny bugs being bioengineered/modified the in the lab by governments?

Is the population being exploited by rebranding these simple infections in order to advance the vaccine, now gene therapy industry, and the cancer industry?
