What is a good alternative to Adobe Scan on Android? I used to use CamScanner many years ago, but I try to make a best effort to avoid apps developed in China--not always possible.

OSS Document Scanner works good. Available in F-Droid. Apply the magic wand "White Paper" filter.

PDF Document Scanner is good as well. Also available in F-Droid.
