Without her I'd literally end up a guy who metaphorically empties his own depth a bucket at a time, and lives just to be the best fuck of a random girls life before he disappears and gets a new burner phone.

That only works until you age out. Then, you probably do the same thing, except your pursuit is to be a homewrecker because the Narcissism in me would be so strong my hunt would be to see if I can get a woman to risk everything just for a night with me.

It's hawt. But has a shelf life.

Hence, why she'll never understand the sacrifice it takes for a man (or woman) who possesses many of the physical and character traits prized by the heterosexual female as a mate, who is also plagued by a demon either himself.

It's a never ending Manichean battlefield just within myself. I feel high on myself because of this very important battle my soul continues to win. In a world where I witnessed people selling their soul at the dollar store just so they can watch 90 minute CGI distractions from who they are a couple years ago.

I deserve to reek of arrogance to everyone else losing the battle hour to hour.

That harnessing ability is the substance of my strength of character. Am I subtly flirtatious every now and then to achieve a single serving shot of serotonin now and again? Sure. I think it's harmless though most would probably disagree. But considering the actual battle I'm winning day in and day out - I dont care about what they might think.

Same goes for how much profanity I use. Lol. I'm a wolf of God. Does he condone it? Probably not. But considering the level of sin the bar is at and what's surrounding us? He doesn't need his lambs now. Most of them became empty sheep anyhow, he needs warriors. Imperfect wolves to do the things that need to be done that he's too good to do. That's the state of humanity right now imo

Well then we should send some love to your wife 🥂 she saved you from an empty life. She sounds like a good wife who was able to ground you, remind you of our worth beyond societal and internal pressures, and guide you to your true self. ✨

I deeply resonate with what you've shared. While my experience as a woman may be different in its details due to me some what following the society expects a woman to maintain a certain purity, holding us to standards that discourage us from exploring the promiscuous behavior of a one night stand. Nevertheless, I've been in situations where I've had to navigate the complexities of being highly sought after and wanting to keep this “egocentric” feeling, even if I don't act upon every opportunity.

I understand you and I agree with you that it is a struggle and a “sacrifice” for a man (or woman) who possesses many of the physical and character traits prized by the heterosexual female (or man) as a mate, to no take the offer every time it’s given on a platter. It might be even harder for a woman because we have WAY MORE offers each day than most men get in a week.

The internal battlefield you describe is something I think many of us face, though it may manifest differently. Just as you've witnessed individuals losing themselves to transient pleasures as a distraction, some giving their life away to watch 90 minutes of CGI to forget who they were, others giving their bodies to get on the cover of a magazine or to get a higher salary in order to become who they think they should be.

It's a struggle to balance the desires of the ego with the higher calling of the soul.

I must say, your acknowledgment of the imperfections and the continuous internal battle reflects a deep self-awareness, a quality that's commendable. I think it's essential for us to embrace our imperfections as they are what make us human. And I believe that it's through these struggles and battles that we truly understand our strength and purpose, winning these battles while married also shows that love wins over all things.

I agree obviously.

Except, and Stella already knows that I Know too well that women receive MANY OFFERS. If you're a woman, there is a market for you. You can be just a torso, no legs, drooling... and some sick male wouldn't care and take advantage of your position.

But, I believe the fact that you receive as many offers as you do makes it easier to pass on them after a little bit of that conditioning.

Men don't get offers as much as females, period. When one comes along, there is no tolerance built up - it's tremendously more difficult in my opinion to refuse even the ONE a year (if that) that may be proffered. There could be more, but even those require some proof of work on the males side. Seek it out, flirt, compliment, on-game lunch, etc - you name it. In these scenarios, it's totally on the male what happens or doesn't. Not the female.

Females don't have to put any proof of work into getting laid. Sorry to say. Your wasting your precious time in front of mirrors if your doing it for Men. Ifnyou're doing it for men, and still knowing your wasting your time because it's very easy to get laid as a female, then I suggest you're actually a hunter. And sre the embodiment of the ONE offer a year a prized male might experience.

Oh wow, I never looked at it from that perspective. You are right, it would be much harder to say no to cake if you are offered a slice every now and then vs if there are many flavors of cake being offered to you every day. 🤯

Maybe I have an advantage because I'm fairly attractive and that gives me some level of confidence. The trick to getting women is playing it cool, showing little interest or no interest, while staying within her purview. Because then she'll become attracted to something approximating the real you and the relationship is more likely to last. Have you ever tried to pet a street cat and they run away? But then if you ignore them they'll come and rub up against you.
