Surveillance: the new normal

R.U. Sirius is an OG's OG. Writing about the promise of cyberspace and the cyberpunk culture that emerged around it in the 80s and 90s, he's best known for Mondo 2000 magazine, where he covered everything from VR to smart drugs. Or as Wikipedia puts it, "a more anarchic and subversive prototype for the later-founded Wired magazine."
