Good morning Nostr Plebs, I woke up today feeling hopeful for the world and for our future.

Got a full workout in before the sun came up even set some new P.R.'s I can now do 10 full bodyweight pull-ups in a row. And 10 dips. I've got my mile down to 7 minutes flat.

I feel incredible, grateful to be where I am. Grateful to be able to put my proof of work into the world and into myself.

Decided to quit drinking the garbage creamer that I have been for 15 years. Made my own from sweetened condensed milk half and half and vanilla extract. It was delicious and I'm not going back. Won't stop coffee but will stop the shit. Bitcoin really changes you doesn't it?

Oh and fuck the suits, I bought the dip this morning did you?

I'm so grateful for bitcoin and nostr, I am grateful for the ability to take back the control of my life. I am grateful for the oppertunity to be a sovereign individual. Free to think and do whatever I feel is right for me. I will deal with the consequences of those actions.
