Fair enough! This is a fair amount of needless protection in a custodial wallet. But WoS I have my eye on you ☝🏻

I’d say it’s a good thing. The custodial risk is a moot point. You know that going in. This gives users already OK with the custodial risk a backup method while preventing someone with access to your email account from immediately accessing your funds on another device and draining them.
