It’s somewhere in the middle. Bitcoin is too big now to where any minor news moves it, but markets are still ultimately just many transactions between buyers and sellers, and these market participants ARE affected by news. Bitcoin has now been risk reduced even more now. The ETFs was the first big move for mainstream adoption, the sbr is the second.

Give the market a moment to figure out the implications of this. They haven’t all dedicated the last 5+ years of their lives to bitty like us

Markets are continuously evolving. The flight to safety in gold and US bonds versus the rest of the world is telling the story rn. Europe selling off, realizing they are going to have to pay for their own security now with Russia and times are different now. This is a significant change from the past, so it was never going to be painless. Plus coughdrop grandpa needs an excuse to print and he still hates Trump and doesn’t want him to get the credit for market pumping after the cuts. But like mallers said, the debt has to get refinanced regardless. This is all politics

Also, just bc bitcoin is the most important thing to us, it doesn’t mean it’s the most important thing to Trump. Bitcoin is still small relative to the other issues he is facing rn

ETF Pump was delayed also

Blackrock is working for us around the clock right now educating the market participants for us. It takes a moment lol bitty is a tough thing to grasp

I forget sometimes how in the weeds I am with this and how much information asymmetry still remains

Market is so dumb and inefficient I now see why people are traders lol

Been feeling the urge to dabble in the dark arts

Right? Remember efficient market hypothesis lmao as if

My retard brain tells me I'd be good at it because I've watched for half a decade and have good feel for sentiment

Reality is that I just want an excuse to max bid on margin and have no clue about week to week price action

Just put a small amount on LNMarkets and test your hypothesis.

Where's a TLDR on how LNMarkets works and where the leverage comes from

Biggest obstacle for me is that I love Bitcoin and I don't want to send it to a shady exchange to fuck around and get rugged

I’d say the way to learn is just put a small amount similar to if you were to put sats on a custodial lightning wallet. You don’t need to tie your identity to it. Don’t put all your margin into a single trade probably limit your leverage in the beginning. I’ve used it for over a year and have had no issues with withdrawals. Anyway it’s a risk but it’s a good way to learn. Check their webpage for info. Don’t know all the specifics about where the margin comes from etc. or don’t it’s not for everybody.

Adam back still trades with like 10% of his stack iirc. I wouldn’t though just given waiting is a sure thing

A very sure thing, already the greatest trade in terms of risk/reward.

It's more of an ego thing, price action like this is disrespectful lmao

We are only back to November prices lol ppl need to chill

Felt the same way after every 30% correction, hard not to when you view this as a 10 million per coin asset

No fear, just stupid amounts of opportunity

This is all so exciting. It’s still pretty surreal.

It makes me feel like a retard lol. I keep trying to really get my head around the impact of what's going on here and how different the world will be in a decade and it's like a glitch.

It's one thing to say "this will happen" but it's another thing entirely to SEE it happen.
