NICE! We just moved to unlimited PTO. I love it. I took off last Monday b/c kids were off. My existing 13 days got frozen until I leave the company. Nice buffer in there!
I earn 2 days of vacation per month and once I get up to 30 days banked, I'm in a use it or loose it situation, having to take off 2 days every month.
