Easy vegan stir fry.

Sautéed some onions, garlic, ginger, slightly bag-steamed frozen stir-fry veggies, and plant-based Mandarin Orange Chicken. Mixed the sauce packets in with a mixture of soy sauce, ginger, rice wine vinegar, a little brown sugar, and sesame oil. Served over rice.

Delicious 😋
