Do you like this concept? Would you live here or could you see it as an assisted living micro community for your parents? #asknostr #plebchain #grownostr

Bringing in the groceries is gonna suck for the people in 2

Nah mate. Cars need to be close. For elderly? Garaged or covered and REAL close.

Do you like the shared community space and the idea of the homes opening into that? Garage is pretty much out of the question for this design.

I like the IDEA of it. But if this is American, you're looking for a small percentage of people that would be able/willing to tolerate that, especially if you're talking about older folks.

Yea this would be built in America. I like the concept of maximizing the density of the lot without having to build up. I think about some of the 55+ apartment style communities or retirement driven cookie cutter neighborhoods where they’re already on top of each other and how this concept drives the community aspect. Definitely not for everyone but a niche option closer to main st so folks living there have more of a walkability factor in the US.

Hell yeah, that looks Dope.

Pocket neighborhoods, I really like the concept of maximizing the lot without building up, the walkability designs with the shared spaces, and the sense of community factor.

Family compound. Everyone wins.

Absolutely my friend!
