I've been using a small suite of apps on my iPad to study Japanese (日本語).

https://apps.apple.com/app/id939540371 Language Drops

https://apps.apple.com/app/id570060128 Duolingo

https://apps.apple.com/app/id290664053 Japanese (dictionary)

I spend about a half hour per day on it. The first two apps are oriented around five minute sessions. I pause to use the dictionary so I can practice entering hiragana (input method / keyboard) to find the kanji (漢字) which shows similar words, kanji stroke order, and plenty of example sentences (with romaji, kanji, and furigana).

My current lesson streak is just over 90 days long.

Here's an example sentence for the word 違い:

「好色と倒錯の違いとは?」「好色なら羽を使うが、倒錯なら鶏をまるごと使う」

"What's the difference between erotic and kinky?" "Erotic is when you use a feather and kinky is when you use a whole chicken."

Just in case anyone was worried that this dictionary app might be too staid and prudish (静止したとお堅い(?))
