Is there a Nostr testnet?
Would be helpful if there isn't one yet, might allow people to fiddle with Nostr implementations without filling the timelines up of test posts.

I believe a way to do it is also run your own relay that you haven't published anywhere, so no one is reading notes from it but you and others testing.

I figured that was a way to do it.
Just seems silly when people publish to other relays.
Though that's maybe a measure to see if it truly works, who knows.
