The glowing lamps cast their warm, inviting light, Filling my heart with joy and wonder at this magical sight, Where dragons fly free through the dark, starry night
And colorful fairies dance and twirl in their elated delight.
I smile wide as my dreams take flight,
Transporting me away from daily strife,
To this place that feels so right,
Where I feel love and comfort of my soul.
The story characters come alive,
Precious friends of my imagination,
Helping me through each hard time,
In this fantasy land of mine.
Sometimes I wish I could stay here forever,
Never leave this place of my inner treasure.
But before I go back to daily routines,
I whisper "See you soon; I'll be back again."
The lamps begin to fade their light,
As the dragons take their last flight,
The fairies cease their cute activities...
Saying farewell to me as I move
From this fantasy land to daily life,
Where I will meet new challenges and events
That brought me further on the way of my existence.
