The carnivore diet is a meat only diet. I first heard about it from Mikhaila Peterson on Joe Roagan Show. https://youtu.be/7fncJdVjy5U?si=Xb7uJpaGNnqNKu-j

I've also heard a bunch of people in the bitcoin community talking about it in the past year.
