It depends on the nostr site you are trying to access and whether your nsec is in a nsecbunker (at this stage of things, the chances of both are slim unfourtunatly)
Assume no nsec, no nostr keys outside one of the popular social media apps.
No knowledge of or access to nsecbunker.
