I saw a video where someone was asked, “What’s the biggest lie you’ve ever been told?”

He said: “That it’s not that simple. That’s the lie. They just say that so you won’t try.”

That hit me hard.

So many of us are carrying dreams, healing, or decisions we’ve buried—because someone convinced us it was too complicated. That we’re not ready. That we’ll never get it right. But maybe the truth is... it is that simple.

Try. Begin. Say what’s real. Take the first step.

You don’t need to figure it all out.

You just need to stop believing that you can’t.
