Other profile tags are also urgently needed
There should be a system-level binary-encoded tag for people who waste time with disingenuous replies so they can all be easily filtered out by anyone, with no language barrier
This would also offer a feed with none of those spammers that cycle through different npubs to harass you
But p2p digital ID tags are stronger because it's easier to concretely identify who's being honest or not - a "disingenuous replier" tag will be more easy to abuse while pretending it's an honest mistake (or worse, legitimate usage)
