I started with affirmations two decades ago, then I ditched them and intermittently sporadically have given them a go here and there (the more I've given my spoken word command a voice the more miracles I've witnessed)... I've picked them up from a new lens not too long ago again and have been in awe by how often I am just in the gratitude practice of saying "thank you, thank you, thank great Spirit"... As so much manifestation has been instanteneous. I am also, in deep trust divine timing is at play as well.
