Man, I only made it two weeks. I got so bored with it but I will say even in that short time I noticed some fat reduction. I'm still avoiding too many carbs and focusing on mainly meat but I'm not being strict about it now.

I'm not carnivore or anything, but I try to eat a lot of animal products. I don't mind eating bread and rice because they're just really good π and if you have them with good fats I don't think it's all that bad.
I like the thought process there! I think so long as I focus on meat and don't go too crazy with carbs or processed garbage I should end up ahead.

For me itβs all about the timing. Eat fats and proteins all day but eat carbs before and after workouts only.
