You already know this but, just do everything you can to keep your wife comfortable.
For the twins, the first couple weeks are survive and advance. The adrenaline will help with that.
As early as you can, get them on the same schedule. Period. You and your wife can’t be doing double the work. It’s not sustainable. Get them on the same schedule.
