Omg!!! I’m watching an interview and the interviewer is asking the CEO about changes to the platform etc. He’s giving her sound answers but she doesn’t seem to understand them [which is fine, the better thing would be to ask follow up questions for clarity] but she is just firing him with rehearsed interview questions🙄🥴, there is no real dialogue going on. I hate these type of “rapid fire” style of interviews 😵💫 it’s just awful.

Also, if you don’t have basic empathy and respect or genuine curiosity about a subject or person. DO NOT INTERVIEW THEM! It tanks the quality of the rapport between the two parties.
This is so painful to watch honestly. It’s interviews like this that make apparent the inevitable emergence of podcasts and informal discussions across social media platforms.
