Ppl that assume that just because some food is corporate it is bad and that other food is mom and pop it is good are such midwits. The worst food I’ve ate at has always been mom and pops. At least with chains there is a minimum baseline expectation and some procedures that scale.

There is a reason why chipotle is adored and popular, bc it’s bomb
It’s also economies of scale. Chipotle can get better pricing on organic food since they have a corporate buying power at their disposal. Not some random person that is just trying to survive.
