so, my biggest health irritation of recent times is cramping in my feet

and i look through this

https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/324840#causes

literally covering every base now and the only criteria that fits now is nerve damage from diabetes

and no actual advice how to reverse that

this is not acceptable, my nerves can surely grow back by some method

i need to do more research, but this really confirms that i do indeed have peripheral neuropathy now

on the other hand foot cramps might be connected to kidney disorder. You mentioned that you do/did have a problem there.

So fix your kidney, fix the 👣

yeah, it's type 2 diabetes... i'd been putting a lot of carbs back in my diet, especially the bad kind that cause problems, and probably seed oils are also involved

the fasting is an essential part of the treatment though... after 3 days of strict no food, but keeping up electrolytes, i go into ketosis, that's when i last had this body heating thing happen, after more than a decade not experiencing it. my metabolism has really declined

and yeah, when it's happening it impacts on my work too, it's my peripheral nerves, yes, but also my entire energy production system is out of order

i've gotta get out of this european hellhole of no fucking beef, it's really hard to find food that really does you any good
