I always wondered if that even made sense in the UK. Most of the UK's towns and cities are p much already this.
Yeah but they are going to do things like get rid of gp's and replace them with 'healthcare booths', like a kiosk thingie you take a passport photo with.
Everything will be a service, no car ownership, no home ownership, no laptop, no clothes, all a subscription, all a service.
